In an effort to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, we have been forced to implement the following Return and Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellation:
If your order has been processed and approved by our Credit Department, but has not shipped, a 10% cancellation fee (of the total dollar amount of the order) will be assessed. This charge is to absorb the fees we must pay the bank to both charge, and then refund the amount of your order.
Returns:
Prescription and over the counter medication/products that has been dispensed and shipped to the customer is non-returnable under Canadian Law. All sales are final.
Please allow 10-14 days for delivery from the time your order is processed. If you need your medication more quickly, please purchase them locally, and plan your future order through us with a greater time lead. We guarantee against manufacturing defects 15 days from date of delivery.
We apologize for the need to enforce these fees/charges, but in order to provide you with the fastest service possible, expect your order to be approved by our Credit Department the day we receive it. Your order will then ship within 48 hours. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will do everything we can to be of assistance.
